We were still quite young, all our friends had\u00a0 children, and we thought that, since he had started trying, it would be easy to conceive. But sometimes things do not happen as expected….[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]After trying for 4 months with no success, I made an appointment with my gynecologist. He said I should not worry, and I should relax, because Infertility is only diagnosed when a couple have not managed to conceive after a year of trying. And so we did. But, deep inside me, I could feel that something was wrong,[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]A friend of mine helped me book an appointment with FIVI, the Unit of Medically Assisted Reproduction. On our first visit, despite being quite stressed, we both felt secure. When we were given the test results, we were shattered. We learned that the only way to have a child was though IVF. And that\u2019s what we did. We followed our doctor\u2019s instructions to the letter, and, in January 2020, the IVF procedure was completed.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]On 30th January, my phone rang. \u201cMrs. D., the IVF was successful. You are pregnant.\u201d[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1598967670389{margin-top: 20px !important;}”]\"\"<\/p>\n
